Welcome to Traxler's Hunting Preserve and Wild Game Restaurant. We at Traxler's would like you to join us for one of our unique dining experiences during our wild game dinners. We offer dinners every other Thursday evening from September through March from 5:00 - 9:00pm. by reservation. You may book your hunt and stay for dinner in our casual atmosphere, or come for dinner and stay in our game bird lodge. We feature items such as alligator, New Zealand Red Deer, Wild Boar, game birds, waterfowl and exotic fish, as well as domestic items for those a little less adventurous. Our menu changes nightly, so you may experience the different entrees. We serve wine, beer and set-ups for your pleasure. Let us show you a dining experience that you won't soon forget.
